SEAN RYAN

​

Ever since a young age, Sean Ryan has found great joy in playing and composing music. Always the multi- instrumentalist, he has played piano in the top salsa ensemble at TSU, studying under Oscar Hernandez. 

He currently writes and performs his own music both acoustic and in the indi/dream-pop/funk group, Summer Rental. 

An aspiring media composer, his classical works have been performed by The Attacca String Quartet. He has also written music for a video game and a podcast.

In addition, he most recently created the moniker "Phonic" in order to explore the world of lo-fi hip-hop, Jazz, and ambient music.
